Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is visually stunning, rooms were a great size, service is impeccable and restaurants are great. The Umeda area feels modern there is plenty of shopping nearby. It’s also convenient to Osaka Station. Probably my favorite stay of our 5 hotels in Japan.
Very convenient location - located right at the heart of Umeda. Room is very spacious for Japanese standard, breakfast included and it was really nice.
The Waldorf Astoria Osaka is a beautiful new hotel. Everything about the hotel was absolutely beautiful... We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were spacey and comfortable, the bathrooms as well. The breakfast was OK. Location wise, it was great... close to a big high end department store. The views from every window were breathtaking.
Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Osaka was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. BTW, the staff has the most elegant uniforms that I have ever seen. They move with efficiency and elegance! Our suite was beautifully designed—spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed with luxurious details that balanced comfort and elegance. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the beautiful architecture of Osaka, especially at night when the city lights created a truly magical atmosphere. Conveniently located next to the Osaka Train Station with great access to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight in itself. The food was exquisite, with a perfect blend of international sophistication and local Japanese cuisine. I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Osaka to anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
Excellent rooms and service
Fantastic! From the moment we approached the grand entry doors , all of our travel burdens were lifted as we rose up to the 39th floor lobby- from the welcoming tea in the serene lobby to relaxing in the luxurious and comfortable room. The facilities were amazing- the spectacular bar at night, the hot tub, steam room, & sauna ( I didn’t make it to the lovely pool), a cozy library with coffee & refreshments, and the restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the city. The staff was lovely- so friendly and helpful. While our stay was short, it was relaxing and restorative. I’ highly recommend this lovely spot!
