Many travelers say the staff are exceptional, greeting guests by name and anticipating needs. Rooms feel spacious, comfortable, and are often upgraded to suites. Breakfast is widely considered one of Bangkok’s best, and other dining options also impress. Guests enjoy the rooftop pool and spa—when construction doesn’t block access—while diamond and FORA credits add useful perks. Despite some construction noise, the central location and overall service leave nearly all reviewers eager to return.

The hotel and the staff were very good. They treated both me and the children very well. The restaurant downstairs and the breakfast restaurant were also of very high quality.

Truly a wonderful hotel, I have tried many other similar caliber hotels in Bangkok but this one has truly an amazing location and wonderful service.

The room was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade. The location was great. It was even better over Christmas with the decor

Beautiful room and kind staff. The building was under quite a bit of construction and it was a bummer that we did not get to use/see the rooftop pool.

Absolute must stay! The hotel is stunningly beautiful with impeccable service. Rooms are spacious with well thought out amenities including a very nice evening turn down service. The breakfast was amazing and I would say it’s on par with a high end brunch. My wife used our credit provided by booking with FORA to get a facial at the spa and said it was a great experience. Overall we will stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.
