Many travelers praise the sleek, modern design and lively vibe. Rooms are chic, spacious, colorful, and equipped with automated lighting and shades that frame city views, while noise rarely reaches them. The central spot near shops, restaurants, and subways earns repeated raves. Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, though one guest was confused by an extra-person fee at checkout. Breakfast draws high marks for its large spread, the on-site restaurant is widely recommended, yet one person felt the hallway lighting was too dim.

Impeccable hotel service.

This hotel is like being invited to a party at the coolest nightclub in town. Not only does it have all the best vibes, incredible location, great amenities, the staff is incredible. We had to change plans to Osaka last minute and they had the best recommendations, helped us secure tickets, and had the best tips. I was so impressed with how they remembered every guests and checked in after every excursion. Maurizio Roberti stood out above the rest. It’s the little things that make a hotel shine and this hotel excelled in the details. Refa hairdryers, blackout curtains, nightly turn down treats, so many options at the breakfast buffet, steam room … I booked a massage the morning before our 10-hour flight and could not compliment the experience enough.

All of the properties we stayed at were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, well-located, and a perfect fit for our trip. Most importantly, they earned a big thumbs up from my 6-year-old son, which says a lot! We couldn't have been happier with the hotels that were selected for us.

Hotel was very clean and amenities were nice. The room was large and the included breakfast had great options!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the W Osaka - the vibe of the hotel, the flash facilities and the location were brilliant!
