The customer service of the staff of the Westin Josun was impeccable. Across the board, they are so attentive, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you. I left a shopping bag in a taxi, and both the bell hop and guest services helped me to find the information of the cab company and then called the company to locate my bag and helped me arrange a way to get it back. We stayed at several other hotels, and their staff was also very friendly, but none were as seamlessly helpful and wonderful as the Westin. The hotel itself is very nice. A little older, but still nice. Location is great! I will stay there again and again and again.
The Westin in Seoul was excellent. The concierge was amazing, the free breakfast was a great perk, and the location was perfect.
The hotel is charming! It’s location is excellent! In close proximity to good eats and fantastic shopping options!
Service, comfort and convenience were first class.
