Many travelers say rooms are large for Tokyo, immaculate, and overlook the station, though some find the beds firm and the minibar sparse. Guests appreciate walking straight from the train into the lobby via the station, calling the link highly convenient. Breakfast earns praise, yet one person notes the Western dishes are Japanese-style rather than American. The gym closes on a set schedule; one guest found it shut on the third Sunday. Service wins consistent raves for warm, proactive gestures like bath salts, framed photos, and help when ill, and guests also enjoy the hotel’s history and art displays.

The hotel was perfectly located above the train station and was easy to access from the Airport and easy to find my way to the bullet train. The staff was helpful and made sure that I got to my train departure location.

Hotel was lovely - totally unique experience!

Spent two nights in a twin room. The room was spacious for Tokyo’s standards. Furnishings were plush, however the bed was a bit on the firm side. Mini bar was minimally stocked. Room has extra large windows which overlook the front of the station where a lot of people like to take photos in front of. The breakfast buffet was nice, but keep in mind that the western style selections are basically a Japanese interpretation of what a western style breakfast is like. Not exactly what you would expect in America. Wanted to use the gym but it was closed the day I went. I learned that the gym (which is located in the spa) closes every 3rd Sunday. Property is directly connected to Tokyo station which is extremely convenient. There’s an entrance from just inside the station’s Marunouchi south exit, as well as the main entrance and an additional entrance closer to the north exit which is accessible only by room key. Overall enjoyed my stay. Would certainly stay there again.

Our stay at the Tokyo Station hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We only wished we had stayed there longer! We arrived in Tokyo at the end of our honeymoon trip around Japan. It was so convenient to arrive from Osaka, hop off the train, and walk through the train station directly into our hotel lobby! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room was by far the most spacious in all of our stays in Japan. The bathroom and bedroom was the height of luxury - clean, comfortable, and crisp. We loved learning about the hotel's history and checking out the art gallery throughout. I wasn't feeling well our first night and the hotel took it upon themselves to send me bath salts and scrubs. Their breakfast room service was literally the best breakfast I think I've ever had. They took a picture of me and my husband and printed it into a sweet momento frame - we'll never forget our stay at this historic, top tier service hotel!!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I had a very enjoyable stay.
