Many travelers say service is impeccable—warm, efficient, and never intrusive—and several call it their best hotel experience. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and modern, with large bathrooms, heated bidet toilets, steam saunas in some Heritage rooms, and skyline views. Breakfast earns raves for its wide buffet and traditional Japanese set, while cocktails, the club lounge, and the rooftop teppanyaki restaurant also impress. Guests enjoy the spa, onsen-style baths, indoor pool, and gym, though one parent disliked the 13-and-up pool rule and another noted lobby crowding during a conference. The quiet business-district setting feels calming and near key sights, but limited nearby dining sends many to trains or taxis.

The Okura Tokyo was a phenomenal stay! A great blend of luxury with a local Japanese feel, the Okura is a perfect choice for those exploring Tokyo. From outstanding service from check-in to room service to the small gifts presented in the rooms and the exceptional spa - get a facial... you will not be disappointed - every detail is cared for. I could not recommend the property more!

Rebuilt in 2019, this beautiful hotel retains a strong Japanese mid-century modern aesthetic. The property combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional attention to detail, providing everything guests need for an enjoyable stay in Tokyo.

Fantastic hotel. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The location felt a little outside the center of most activity, but it was nice and quiet and easy to get to given the great public transportation in the city.

We absolutely loved the Okura! We felt at home within minutes and many times spoke about how it was our favorite hotel of the trip. Most incredible hospitality, amenities were out of this world, and the attention to detail in the hotel room was amazing.

5 star experience the room was very spacious and modern and the amenities were outstanding.  They had excellent streaming services which have been important in the evenings when in a foreign country that are not in an english language.  Service was excellent and breakfast was outstanding.  Hotel was modern and well positioned in an easily accessible area in Tokyo. Highly recommend.

The Okura Tokyo was gorgeous, the staff was incredible, and the amenities were top notch. I would absolutely return
