A world class hotel! The view in unbelievable! Maybe the best view from a hotel in the world! Really nice room, services and personal from the hotel. Definitely coming back
Loved staying at this unique property in the Lotte Tower. Our room was on the 86th floor with amazing views in both the Bathroom and Bedroom. We also dined at their Restaurant Bicena which was wonderful.
Danae chose a great hotel that met my luxury needs. The building is impressive, and the views forever memorable. The area has dining, shopping, and lake activities. The cleanliness and overall accommodations were excellent, and the staff was kind. However, the turn-down service was inconsistent; some nights we had ice, others we did not, and ordering ice took a long time. That being said, I would recommend this hotel and location to all friends and family.
