Great hotel!!
I loved this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, always calling us by name. The room was very clean. We were given an upgrade when we checked in. A big corner room. The bathroom was large and even had a separate bathtub. The shower and bathtub had a large window.
We loved staying at the Shangri-La Tokyo. The hospitality was top-notch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff truly stood out with their unmatched service, going above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable stay in Tokyo
