Staff greet guests by name, leave history notes and treats, adjust pillow counts, and even pack takeaway breakfasts, so service feels deeply personalized. Food earns steady praise for freshness and variety, the inclusive breakfast is generous, and one person noted a tranquil tea patio. The spa enhances the calm, restorative vibe, which most find perfect for unwinding. The only gripe is a very expensive laundry service; otherwise, guests call the stay luxurious and plan to return.

The hotel was extremely peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. I really liked that it was boutique, modern & cozy at the same time, with nature all over you. Even the room service food was insane. I had the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life. I highly recommend it and even more for a couple on their honeymoon. Definitely coming back!

At the Raya Hertiage we were superbly cared for by the staff all of whom were accommodating, calming, and caring. The property environment was beautifully lush, and luxurious. The food was absolutely outstanding. We were even given a massive breakfast to go one day when we had an early tour and would be missing the complementary breakfast. Everything was top-quality exactly what you would expect from five star hotel. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and the rooms were like little apartments. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Raya Heritage is a lovely small low-key place by the Ping river for people who want to rest and recover from a stressful life. The spa is excellent. The inclusive breakfast is great. The service is very thoughtful - they all knew my name, my preferences, and adjusted even small things like how many pillows I use based on how I slept the prior night.

This hotel was BEAUTIFUL. Visually stunning, a calm setting on the river, and the staff were perfectly accomodating. The tea patio was a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day out and about. Wish we could have stayed here longer! The only negative: laundry service was very, very expensive.

My husband and I's stay at the Raya Heritage Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. There were so many highlights from our stay there, to name a few: The rooms are spacious, incredibly clean and quiet — so comfortable. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the river and countryside from our balcony. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered, comfortable and well taken care of. Throughout our stay there we were greeted by our names, were given recommendations for exploring Chiang Mai, and had great conversation. The cleaning staff even left little notes and treats in our room each day, explaining part of Chiang Mai's history and thoughtfully celebrating our anniversary. The food at the restaurant was so fresh, almost as if the vegetables were handpicked from their garden that day. Overall, our stay at the Raya was 10/10. If my husband and I were ever to go back to Chiang Mai again, we love to go back.

Truly the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed it. It was not only stunning but super quiet and tranquil. Cannot recommend this place enough.
