The hotel service is excellent, front desk, concierge, doormen, restaurant, housekeeping. They are very service orientated. It is spotless. Loved the bathrooms and the coffee station in the room- but need a more medium roast coffee as an option. Carpets are clean but perhaps are ready to be renewed. Breakfasts were lovely. i would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

the hotel is very well positioned and lot's of restaurants and transportation close, clean rooms, attentive staff.

The Park Hyatt Sydney is a special property. We loved the location on the water in Sydney, walkable to most of the main attractions. The service was top notch and the hotel staff went out of the way to help my husband with a perscription. The breakfast menu & buffet was a great way to start the day.
