Many travelers say staff anticipates every need, and the central location makes sightseeing easy. Guests admire the French-colonial interiors, local art, and a garden pool that feels like an oasis. Breakfast’s wide spread, elegant afternoon tea, the Opera Italian restaurant, and a hidden cocktail bar earn repeated praise. Rooms remain spotless and comfortable, though a few find the décor slightly dated. One person noted lobby photo-takers crowd the space, and another warned spa and other services carry Western-level prices, yet the consensus still ranks it among the city’s top luxury stays.

The hotel itself is a tourist destination with a ton of people taking their Tik Tocs and Reels which makes it hard for the staff to know who is guest and who is there for a picture when you walk in. The service is clearly a step below a 5 star hotel as it is more suited for a business environment. It may be an unfair comparison to Four Seasons or Capella as restaurant and turn down service clearly lags. The hotel is central and close to the market and tourist sites but were unable to recommend shops that would be suitable.

Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The amenities were excellent, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The restaurant downstairs was a hit too—Cora’s favourite was the lasagna, which she happily ate on both days, and the steak and lamb dish were fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for families.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Saigon was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The hotel has this quiet elegance that makes you slow down and just enjoy the moment. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the garden pool felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. We loved every detail — from the afternoon tea to the little touches prepared for our romantic stay. It was one of those trips that makes you wish time would move a little slower.

Beautiful, spacious room with a French colonial theme. Check in was smooth and staff was attentive. The pool level on the 3rd floor was a beautiful respite in hot, bustling Saigon. Breakfast was delicious and location was right near so many sights, shops and attractions. Excellent stay
