Many travelers praise panoramic harbor and bridge views from rooms and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers varied Korean and Western dishes with the same view. Guests consistently highlight attentive staff who arrange upgrades, birthday cakes, and anniversary wine, making them feel personally cared for. The pool, spa sauna, and well-equipped gym impress, though one person noted the pool can be crowded and the beach sits about a 20-minute walk away.

-4/5 room: Room was great as always, the ocean view really delivers and gives the room a wonderful atmosphere. But you do see the age of the room with quite some scuffs, no smart TV, etc. -5/5 service: Service is very attentive and professional. Especially the staff at the bar in the evening really stood out. Worthy of a Park Hyatt. -3.5/5 location: the hotel is near Haeundae Beach but there is not much in the direct vicinity. It is a decent walk to the metro and nearby shops. -4/5 breakfast: the buffet is somewhat smaller than other Park Hyatt in Asia but does feel complete. The coffee is good and service is solid. The items on the a la carte menu were all well executed. -other: nice pool and lobby area, can't speak much to the other facilities.

This hotel has the mostI recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Busan and had a truly wonderful experience. The highlight of my visit was definitely the breathtaking view — whether from the room or the restaurant, the panoramic scenery of the harbor and bridge was absolutely stunning, both day and night. The room itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. It really added to the sense of calm and relaxation. Breakfast was another standout. The selection was generous and high quality, with both Western and Korean options prepared to perfection. Enjoying breakfast with such an incredible view was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, Park Hyatt Busan combines luxury, comfort, and world-class service beautifully. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan — it’s worth every moment for the view alone!

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Busan. The service was truly outstanding — the staff made us feel like VIP guests from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and special touches in the room, including a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Those details made our stay feel personal and memorable. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with stunning views of the marina and Gwangan Bridge through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was very comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and luxurious. Breakfast was great, and the location in Haeundae is perfect for exploring Busan while still enjoying a peaceful, upscale environment. Overall, Park Hyatt Busan exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful gestures made our stay unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at Park Hyatt Busan from Oct 9–13 for my birthday trip, and every touchpoint—from arrival to check-in and beyond—was exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, exceeding expectations. Special thanks to Geund Kim for attentive, thoughtful care that truly elevated my stay. I flew in from Taiwan with a bit of anxiety, but left with only great memories. If six stars were possible, I’d gladly give six!

The rooms were nice - large, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast and service were excellent, and the fitness center was large modern, and well-equipped.
