As the name suggests hotel’s location and hospitality felt palatial!

The Palace Hotel Tokyo is a great location. The breakfast buffet was great - probably the best of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip. The staff and service provided throughout the stay was exceptional. Only negatives worth mentioning were that there are some parts of the hotel that feel a little "tired," like the lobby carpets and guest rooms' design. We also found the bed and pillows to be very uncomfortable - too firm for our liking.

excellent stay, highly recommend

The Palace Hotel Tokyo has an excellent location (central but still removed from really busy parts of the city); exceptional restaurants and lounge; and overall impeccable hospitality. It was also convenient to have access to inexpensive restaurants and other shopping options within the basement area of the hotel. The clientele at the hotel was also a nice mix of tourists and Japanese guests, so there were many food items and overall touches that provided the best combination of Western amenities while still feeling like being in Japan.

Our room was beautifully appointed. The staff was terrific and so friendly. Loved the breakfast too. We loved the location and the fact that the hotel was a quiet and serene, a respite from busy Tokyo.
