The consensus remains a polished, family-friendly stay with only isolated service and facility lapses.

We were celebrating our 5th anniversary, and the hotel made the occasion even more special with thoughtful touches. They prepared a lovely amenity for us, and our child was delighted to receive a small gift upon arrival. These little details truly made us feel welcomed and cared for, and added a warm, personal touch to our stay.

The rooms are clean. Staff well trained. The Multicultural breakfast is amazing. Most of the days we ate on the earlier side before 9. Very quite. Checkin was busy when we arrived so they checked us in at our room which was great. Great stay

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant decor and a stunning ambiance. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch and added to the overall luxury of our stay. What truly impressed me was the staff's commitment to making our experience memorable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel valued as guests. I highly recommend the Mandarin Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. It's a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service!

We stayed at the hotel two different times. Our first visit was really lovely, with airy, clean and fresh rooms, delicately fragranced halls and spaces, all contributed to creating a space of luxurious relaxation and contentment. The staff were welcoming, and ever so helpful. the atmosphere and the ambience was lovely. It felt like being on a delightful holiday in lovely surroundings. The choice of food in the restaurants would make me stay there over and over. On our return a second time however, we had a slightly different start to our stay and we were given a room that we were not happy with. I am pleased to say that once we raised our concerns to the hotel they changed the room and they they were polite throughout very professional. We we did feel that there was some slight miscommunication between the front desk and management, but this was all resolved we had an amazing time. I enjoyed the food , loved the poetry tof the pictures and furniture, the back ground music and the ambience in the hotel. You feel that you are in a lovely comfortable rooms and the suite and that nothing to make you comfortable.is too much trouble for the hotel. I would like to go back with my family and just make it a whole family exquisite getaway.. Thanks to Abby Adele @Fora travel for all their help. I would have given a 4.5 but there are.no half stars. This is because the hotel needed some initial nudging.

This is a must stay hotel for anyone travelling to Singapore. It is luxe and beautiful. It is centrally located and near so many things so you can walk easily. The staff is kind and helpful. The buffet was AMAZING. I still miss it. The bar had fun and tasty craft drinks. The pool had the best vibe and the views were amazing. This made me a MO Fan and I can't wait to stay at other locations.
