Many travelers say service is exceptional, with staff greeting guests, anticipating needs, and cleaning rooms each time you leave. A dedicated host handles requests through WhatsApp and sends golf carts within seconds, making movement effortless. Rooms resemble luxury treehouses, and reviewers admire the intricate design and lush landscaping. Food draws constant praise—salt slab sea bass, varied breakfasts, iced lattes, and house-made sourdough stand out. The waterfall-side pool and spa huts with private steam rooms and saunas leave guests without any notable complaints.

We absolutely loved this property and would have never discovered it if we hadn’t booked with Arin. The design of this hotel is truly one of a kind — the level of detail and thought put into each guest room, the common areas, and the landscaping is absolutely jaw-dropping. Every corner feels intentional, luxurious, and beautifully curated. On top of that, the staff is exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure you have the perfect stay. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted warmly and escorted to the stunning lobby for check-in. We were welcomed with coconut cookies and tea and got to relax and enjoy the view while our villa host checked us in. You’re assigned a dedicated host for your entire stay, and all communication is done seamlessly via WhatsApp. Our host, Apple, was beyond kind and attentive — always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. A golf cart is available within minutes of request to take you anywhere on the property, whether it’s the pool, spa, or restaurant. We had the most amazing dinner at Keemala — the salt slab sea bass with chili lime sauce was life-changing. Daily breakfast was also incredible, with so many options. We especially loved the iced lattes, homemade sourdough, and baked goods. The pool area is set near a waterfall and feels like a dream. The pool staff was amazing — special shoutout to JoJoe! And finally, the spa was absolutely unforgettable. We indulged in a four-hour spa package in a private hut equipped with our own steam room, sauna, and private showers. The treatments were deeply relaxing and such a special experience. Overall, our stay at Keemala exceeded every expectation. It was truly magical, and we cannot wait to return.

Such an amazing, unique experience. I've never experienced service like this. Free "buggie" (cart rides) to anywhere on the resort you wanted to go, and they were there in seconds after you called. They don't clean your room once a day, they clean your room every time you leave it, someone shows up as soon as the buggie picking you up leaves. You'll never stay in a room like this anywhere, literally a luxury tree house. Food, views, accommodations' were all incredible.

Keemala is a rare gem, and 5 stars is not enough to rate this resort. Their customer service was the best that we’ve ever experienced. Staff would stop what they were doing to acknowledge us . They were always 10 steps ahead, so we rarely had to ask for anything.
