Many travelers say the hotel feels lavish yet reasonably priced, with classic decor some call old-school rather than dated. Service tops every review—staff deliver cookies and tea within minutes, fix a guest’s transport booking, arrange upgrades, and time rides to Seoul Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets earn superlatives like “out of this world.” Rooms are spacious and well equipped, featuring Dyson hair dryers, Samsung steam closets, marble finishes, and sweeping views from both rooms and the 26th-floor pool and restaurants. Guests also praise the immaculate sauna, pool, and fitness center, and no reviewer reports a negative experience.

Terrific stay and the free breakfast was definitely highlight.

Josun Palace is an incredibly thoughtful hotel. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. The staff are attentive and welcoming. The gym has top of the line equipment and fantastic views of the city. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with many options for Korean, Chinese, and Western foods. Josun Palace is an exceptional city hotel!

If you want old school Luxury, this is a great choice. There were cookies and tea delivered to my room within 15 minutes. The staff were super attentive, startlingly so. I arrived a couple hours late. The woman who checked me in was very helpful about timing out my transportation the next day to Seoul Station. My room was upgraded. The room was beautiful, nice size, nice amenities: Dyson dryer, samsung steam closet, mable everywhere, etc. The decor leans towards stuffy bordering on dated, but not quite yet. The breakfast buffet which is raved about everywhere did not disappoint.

What an amazing hotel! The sauna, pool and fitness center are immaculate and the perfect start to each day. Swimming on the 26th floor with those views was dreamy. Amazing service from the entire staff. They were so welcoming, polite, and helpful with all of my requests. Thank you!

Beyond words. We've been fortunate to travel to some incredible places in the world, and Josun Palace exceeded any and all expectations. From the moment we arrived, their team provided top tier customer service, the rooms were beautiful, and the dining was impeccable. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!
