Many travelers say the peaceful beach setting and broad views are a highlight. Rooms—especially pool villas—are spacious, well designed, and sometimes open straight to the main pool. Guests praise the warm staff for special arrangements, day-trip help, Muay Thai classes, and free late checkout, though one reviewer met unanswered phones and restaurants closed during posted hours. Food, from room service to the Michelin-starred venue, earns raves, and the spa and other amenities feel luxurious, but public bathrooms with missing soap and flies plus many stairs bother a few visitors. We loved our stay at this property. The hotel staff was excellent, food was lovely, and overall experience met our expectations. The beach-access was the highlight for us & while we stayed on the beachfront side of the road (with no significant room view), we think the main resort rooms not on the beach would have also been fine, the walk is quick enough. Only criticism is we’d have bought more alcohol if prices weren’t insane. We hit Tops down the street and stocked our room. A $9 Heineken bottle was a bit crazy. Probably the case at any nicer resort.

Such an amazing hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful - they offered us a free late checkout and helped us with a day trip. The hotel facilities are super great and so is the food. The location is a bit far from the center but overall there’s no reason to get out ;)

Great rooms, service, amenities, and beach. Priced a bit too high. Would definitely stay there again!
