Many travelers say rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and washer/dryers, yet dated and below five-star expectations. Common areas and serene grounds impress, and the quiet location is a brief ride from downtown. Breakfast earns consistent praise for its wide Asian and Western spread and thoughtful allergy accommodations; one person noted egg-free pastries waiting for their children. Staff are friendly and generous with suite upgrades, while housekeeping keeps the aging furnishings spotless, making even an 18-hour layover feel restful.

The common area is beautiful. The furniture in the residences are dated but the cleaning staff did a good job at keeping the place clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the breakfast buffet. Both of my kids are allergic to eggs and manager at the breakfast buffet always had a plate of pastries with no eggs ready for them when we arrived.

Not bad but not 5 stars as advertised. Rooms very outdated and bare bones (didn’t feel inviting at all). But it did have the necessities and was a generous size. Having a kitchenette with washer/dryer was a huge plus. The location was nice and quiet and not too far from downtown. Breakfast was amazing, however, with so many options from Asian cultures and western cultures. Staff was friendly in an otherwise quite reserved city.

This was a perfect hotel for an 18 hour layover in Hanoi. We arrived at midnight and our flight didn’t leave until 3:30 pm. After 28 hours of flying, we wanted a property that had more services than those located at the airport. This property was a 25 minute drive from airport but waking up to beautiful grounds and a great breakfast was a perfect way to minimize jet-lag. We got upgraded to a wonderful suite and was a great place to chill before flying to Chiang Mai. Thanks to our advisor for recommending.
