Pool-beach combo, spa, varied activities, Long Bar, and a standout breakfast buffet keep visitors on site, though one person noted restaurant dinners lag behind these highs. An anniversary group found banquet planning weak and another guest reported a broken Bose speaker, yet overall sentiment calls the resort exclusive and exceptional.

This place is insane!! Everything from service to vibe to rooms was over the top 5 star. The grounds are stunning, we almost didn't want to leave the hotel. The spa was also amazing!

Intercontinental Da Nang is located in an amazing environment with endangered monkeys and untouched views. There are diverse resort activities for all ages, but for is the real highlight was the whimsical magical design, the stunning views, and a breakfast buffet that really stands out. In room dining and the vibe at the Long Bar is great too. The beach was even nicer than expected based on photos. The only minor issue we had with our room was that the Bose speaker was old and broken, hopefully the resort can fix that soon.

We were there for our anniversary and booked over ten rooms with banquet service, but the event planning was poorly managed and disappointing. The rest of the stay was just average — beautiful setting, but service didn’t meet expectations.

This is officially our favorite hotel EVER. From the moment we walked on property we were blown away by the architecture, the staff, and the rooms. The pool/beach combo is perfect for relaxing and the restuarant options were great as well. I hope to be back one day!
