Many travelers say staff on the Executive and Imperial floors are exceptionally attentive, with a dedicated desk, personalized help, and complimentary evening drinks and breakfast. The property sits steps from Ginza’s shops and restaurants yet feels calmer than Shinjuku or Shibuya, with taxis always waiting for quick rides.

Amazing experience and hospitality. Rooms were extremely comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect.

One of my favorite stays ever! The Imperial Floor upgrade was amazing, the staff are so attentive and helpful without being overbearing. There’s someone at a desk on your floor to answer questions/get you whatever you need! We got a free drink daily delivered to our room (on request) between 6-8pm and I loved having a glass of champagne while getting ready to go out to dinner. So clean, definitely more of an old-fashioned vibe with how historic the hotel is so maybe not for people who love the modern upgrades but perfect for travelers who want historic luxury (me)! I loved the cocktail bar there as well. Would 1000% stay again. Also loved the area we were in, for travelers who love shopping like us, we were steps from Ginza with every store you could ask for to shop in and tons of amazing food! It was away from the craziness of Shinjuku/Shibuya which we preferred, but still a quick 15 min taxi to get to those areas if we wanted. Taxis are always waiting outside the hotel so made it super easy to get around!

The reception was helpful enough to grant our request to access the Executive floor and its cocktail and breakfast service. The room was nice and comfortable, though a bit pricy but was suited for our celebration. We just may consider staying in the hotel again in the future.

The rooms were as we expected. The staff were most helpful in assisting with our needs. The hotel was a little pricy but we were comfortable just the same.
