Many travelers like the easy walk to key sights and praise the lobby’s French-colonial style. Staff win consistent praise for warmth, upgrades, and a proactive concierge. Rooms stay spotless and often spacious, though a few guests find them small or stuffy. Breakfast is widely loved, yet one person noted limited variety and heavy seafood that complicated an allergy. The rooftop pool and bar split opinion—some call the setting a dream, while others find it dated, crowded with children, and noisy enough that earplugs are supplied.

The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s the perfect size and in a very central location so it was easy to walk to places. Staff was outstanding. I can’t speak more highly of the service across all areas. We ate their breakfast every morning and it was one of the best meals of the day!

This is a great hotel in a perfect location of Chinatown. From the rooftop pool, to close by restaurants to being just near Chinatown hawker markets you can’t go wrong. The staff and actual to Was perfect!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with great rooms and amazing staff. The location is convenient for touring Saigon, it is close to shops and restaurants. The hotel boasts a Michelin star restaurant with a superb tasting menu, plus a roof top bar by an infinity pool. Breakfast is served buffet style, with both Asian and European options.

The room was elegant and comfortable. Staff was extremely efficient with pleasant happy personalities. Restaurant was excellent; breakfast was outstanding and dinner was delicious. Nice table settings and enjoyable surroundings. Some improvements could be made with bathroom lighting (too dim for makeup), install makeup mirror and toilet area was small. One disappointment was the terrible view out the window which looked onto a dirty construction site and not the beautiful landscape of modern architecture.
