This hotel was beautiful, clean and service was impeccable. The quality for the rate was amazing, especially with the extra perks.

I loved the hotel. The room was huge…plenty of room for three of us. We ordered room service for lunch as we had just arrived and it was so good we ordered it twice. The location is great and so central. They provided amazing happy hour cocktails and canapés which were a great start to the evening. Highly recommend it

What a wonderful gem in Hanoi! A beautiful European style hotel offering a great location for exploring the town. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The staff was there to assist us whenever we needed guidance and the breakfast buffet can accommodate any taste- western style as well as local cuisine. It is well worth a stay when you are in Hanoi.

Travelled with family and our first trip to Hanoi. We spent the first 3 nights of our stay here. The location is by far the best of all the hotels during our stay. The hotel was a little smaller than we expected but that is not a negative. No executive lounge but a lovely area on ground floor was available to enjoy all the benefits. Family stayed across three rooms and my room was upgraded. We didn't have any balconies so if you can, definitely book the rooms with balconies. Some of the rooms we booked were a bit dark but that is just a personal preference/opinion. We had a very comfortable stay and spent the majority of our time walking around the area. Very close to Old Quarter and minutes walk to the park. Lots of activity happening outside. The staff were all lovely and gave extra consideration when one of my children fell ill which was greatly appreciated. They sent up free breakfast for my child knowing we were unable to leave the room for breakfast in the mornings. If I were to return to Hanoi, I would choose to stay here again! Huge thank you to Stijn - as usual you're a superstar and went above and beyond. Legacy Yen Tu is our next stop!

Very friendly greeting from front desk, good help from the concierge as well. Meals there were good. Location extremely nice for meeting tours and walking/traveling about Ha Noi. The room was fine and we'd return here when back in town.

Great location within walking distance to the old town, shops, restaurants and a few sights. It seems to be a hotspot for local TikTokers and Instagrammers camped outside the hotel with their own changing booths!!! The rooms are a little tired and facing the interior of the hotel (like a theater/opera). Breakfast was good and never seems to be busy. Good option for the price.
