We had an incredible stay at Gora Kadan during our time in Hakone. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine hospitality and made to feel right at home. Our personal host, Yoshi, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to interact with us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was exceptional—every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The public hot spring was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was also immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The level of service and attention to detail at Gora Kadan truly made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hakone and would love to return someday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nuestra estancia en Gora Kadan en Hakone fue uno de los momentos más especiales del viaje. Desde la llegada se percibe que no es solo un ryokan de lujo, sino un lugar con historia, serenidad y un servicio verdaderamente excepcional. Lo que más nos impresionó fue la combinación de elegancia tradicional, privacidad y una atmósfera de absoluta paz. El entorno, la belleza de las instalaciones y la atención a cada detalle hicieron que la experiencia se sintiera profundamente japonesa y muy refinada. El kaiseki fue, sin duda, uno de los grandes destacados de la estancia: una cena bellamente presentada, con ingredientes de temporada y un nivel de cuidado que convirtió la comida en una experiencia en sí misma.
