This hotel is amazing! The breakfast buffet was beyond spectacular. The rooms and service were great and more than lived up to the standard one expects from the Four Seasons. The gym, pool, cold plunge, and sauna made for a true spa like experience. The location is a nice, urban setting. We had a guide and driver who picked us up at the hotel each day, which made for efficient and low-stress sightseeing.

Four Seasons Hotel Osaka was absolutely our favorite stay of the entire trip and such a beautiful way to end our honeymoon in Japan. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of—the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious yet calming feel throughout. One of our favorite parts of each day was unwinding at the onsen and pool, which became our nightly ritual and such a peaceful way to close out the evening. The room was amazing with and amazing view. Katie also made the experience incredibly special by arranging thoughtful surprises for us in the room—champagne, desserts, photos, and balloons that made everything feel so personal and celebratory. Those touches really elevated the stay and made it feel like a true honeymoon experience. Breakfast each morning was another highlight—absolutely amazing with a wide variety of high-quality options and excellent service. Overall, this hotel was the perfect final stop on our Japan trip. It was relaxing, beautiful, and felt like the perfect ending to an unforgettable honeymoon experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is exceptional and perfectly situated for exploring the city while still offering a calm and luxurious quiet retreat. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay memorable. Breakfast was a particular highlight - the quality and variety were exceptional and easily among the best we’ve enjoyed while traveling. We also had the pleasure of celebrating New Year’s Eve at the rooftop hotel bar, which was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was so fun as it turned midnight and we felt so well looked after throughout the evening. A special thank-you goes to Max, the bar manager, whose hospitality and attention to detail made the night feel truly special. We cannot wait to return!

Rooms were new, clean, spacious and beautiful. The ofuro was very relaxing. The Bar Bota was a stunning setting with creative cocktails and delicious food.
