It was a nice hotel in central location — little laid back but good service and easy communication.

We really liked this hotel! It was very nice and the staff was helpful. It was a little far from some of the activities we wanted to do but we enjoyed being away from the main busy parts of Kyoto

Great ambiance in the hotel. The room was a great size and everything was felt clean and new. Service was excellent

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The reception/lobby was very inviting and comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the rooms fresh and clean. The breakfasts had a mix of buffet and made to order, so no matter what your diet, you were able to have a great breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience!
