Many travelers say the staff is attentive and English-friendly, handling directions, medical help, luggage storage, and upgrades with ease. One person noted confusing, inconsistent rules around Executive Lounge access and paid upgrades, and felt the lounge and lobby policies were too restrictive. The Conrad was epic!!! The views were incredible. The hotel was clean, the meals were good, and the hotel bar was amazing. The fitness/room / spa was very nice. I think this was the nicest hotel on our stay.

Service was exceptional! We were able to check in and out at the executive lounge and skip the line at the 27th floor lobby. The food was phenomenal and we loved the room -especially the bathroom layout. The location was also great. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

After many trips to Tokyo, this was my first time staying at the Conrad, and I had an outstanding experience. The level of service is exemplary and the rooms are very nice. Overall, a great hotel that I'm very glad my Travel Advisor, Kevin, suggested, as I wouldn't have stayed here otherwise!

I would highly recommend the Conrad Tokyo to even the most choosy clients. The hotel was a 10 out of 10 on every level. Truly, no room for improvement. The service, the staff, the amenities, the beautiful room with a stunning view, the restaurants, bar, and spa - all were flawless.
