Many travelers praise the sweeping city views from the 40th-floor lobby and the sleek, modern design. Most say service is highly attentive, with the concierge and a quality manager singled out for thoughtful gestures. One guest noted an unexpected advance room charge. Breakfast has wide Western and Asian options, but several guests find lunch bland and say the bar often requires a reservation for drinks. Suites are spacious enough for families, yet thin windows allow noise, and the metro-linked location favors transit over walking to major sights.

This was a solid 5-star experience. The staff was very professional, the location was great and the rooms were pretty close to perfect. The breakfast buffet was great, and a very close second to the one at the Okura Tokyo. The only minor complaint would be that the rooms were too dark! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Amenties: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The facilities were well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and had the best city view. The decades-old bonsai plants in the lobby were jaw-dropping. The dining experience was amazing. Overall, the amenities made the stay feel luxurious. Room Comfort: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our room was spacious, comfortable, well-designed, and the view was breathtaking, which offered a relaxing atmosphere. The bed, pillow, and comforter were so plush. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided warm hospitality. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfectly located with convenient access to konbinis, drugstores, transportation, shopping areas, and nearby attractions. Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breathtaking view, location, elegant and relaxing ambiance made our stay feel comfortable, premium, luxurious, and memorable. I would highly recommend and can't wait to be back. 😊

What I enjoyed most was the view from my room. I also appreciated the food and drinks served at the executive lounge. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, especially Daniel from the lobby, who kindly assisted me upon my early arrival at the hotel, as well as another team member from Atmos (whose name I unfortunately forgot), both of whom were exceptionally warm.

The hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Housekeeping services were excellent and consistently thorough. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the stay. I would happily recommend this hotel.

My stay at Conrad Osaka exceeded expectations. The room was impeccably maintained throughout my stay, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of Osaka both during the day and at night. One of my favorite parts was simply relaxing in the room and watching the city lights come alive in the evening. The amenities were excellent. I particularly enjoyed were the art installations displayed throughout the hotel, as it made it feel more like a curated experience for the guests. It was easy to find moments to relax and recharge between exploring Japan!
