Many travelers say the property delivers wide sunrise and sunset views, spotless large rooms, and sleek décor. Guests praise attentive staff—especially butlers and the concierge—who speed check-in, arrange upgrades, and cater to allergies. Hotel is stunning. The room is beautiful and we were nicely upgraded. The service with the butler and concierge is good . However the pool service and the breakfast service is very much lacking. The Gala was way over priced for what you get. I was surpised that for the cost of almost 900 for two of us there was not one glass of alcohol included. For New Years not even to include a champagne toast for that cost is crazy.

We had an incredible experience at COMO Point Yamu. Wish we could give the customer service 6 stars!! The beauty is unmatched. We would love to return.

COMO Point Yamu was nothing short of amazing! The food, the service, the vibes were truly 10/10. As a health and wellness junkie, COMO truly felt like a luxury home away from home. Additionally, the staff (every single one of them) took the time to get to know me by name as well as took great care and concern for my gluten allergy. I cannot wait to book another COMO Hotel soon.
