This hotel is the epitome of luxury and there was no better way to start our trip! From initial arrival, to checking out - the staff made us feel very special and their attention to detail was incredible. They were knowledgeable of our tour schedule, making sure we were prepared and timely, and also kept in touch with our guides so that we can just relax while at the hotel. Each member of the staff we encountered was more lovely than the next, including the manager who checked on us a few times which really impressed me. Our room was gorgeous - floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, a spacious balcony, an entire walk in closet with a vanity - what more could we ask for! Our room was decorated for our honeymoon with pictures of us, balloons, and sweet treats, which was such a nice surprise! The housekeeping kept the room spotless, always tidying up after us and even always rolling up our charging cords during turndown service! The bed was probably one of the comfiest I have slept in and it was perfect for our jetlag! We enjoyed all of the facilities at the hotel as well - pool, gym, and spa. The weather was on and off rainy when we were there, but we did manage to get in some sun time at the pool! We loved the fresh watermelon they could give us there, and the views of the pool overlooking the river. The gym had all of the machines we needed and was pretty much always empty when we went which was great. They always had plenty of fresh water bottles, fruit, and protein balls which was nice. We did not get a treatment at the spa, but they did have an entire wellness facility we were able to use - which was unlike anything I have been to! There was an infrared shower that changed color, sounds, and water pressure based on the setting you chose - pretty cool! The hotel's boat was also another great amenity that they had. Docked right at the hotel, and we took it to go to the mall, making it so easy! The daily breakfast at Phra Nakhon was amazing - it was unlimited small plates for order along with a huge buffet of bites, fruit, pastries, breads - we were in heaven. We had drinks at Stella which was such a cool space. The drinks were so creative and tasty - I wish we had gone back another night! We unfortunately did not eat at Cote because it was closed the first two nights we were there and the third night we already had plans. However, by far our favorite thing about the hotel was Cin Cin hour. This was an aperitivo hour they held each night in the living room which showcased drinks and bites based on local flavors. We had such a good time tasting, talking with the staff, and just enjoying the ambiance of the hotel. I would 1000% recommend to anyone traveling to Bangkok!
