Overall good hotel, location is prime, weekend stays are super packed with local guests as well. Felt more like a business hotel, less of an "Andaz" feel from other locations I've stayed. Breakfast was awesome, loved the Korean breakfast. Appreciate the friendly receptionist Joseph and other hotel staffs.

The hotel was in such a great location, had a wonderful and attentive staff, and the room was beautifully decorated and clean.

The Andaz was very nice and the location is great for getting around by metro. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. We enjoyed being in this area as it is clean and more modern, and we had been to Seoul in the past so had visited many of the tourist sights already.

The hotel was central to transportation and located in Gangnam which was perfect. The hotel room was beautiful and large. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Andaz Gangnam. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable (I could have spent the whole time in the tub alone!). It was very conveniently located to several different shopping areas and an easy uber ride to other spots. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again on my next trip to Seoul. Huge thanks to Kim Hardcastle in the booking!

Took care of us before we arrived—ensured our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious and beds were very comfortable. The service was top notch on all levels and my kids really enjoyed the pool. Is located in a very convenient location.
