The stay Olivia helped organise at the Aman was incredible. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the warm welcome and friendly and attentive service. Booking the private onsen and garden tour were particular highlights and the room upgrade Olivia secured was really amazing - one of the best stays we have had in years.
